COVID-19 SAFE Day Tours Travel Plan
The health, safety and well-being of our passengers and drivers is our top priority. In accordance with the Queensland Tourism Industry Council, Australian Export Council and Australian Government, we are implementing a range of health and infection control measures commencing immediately. This page will be updated as Government updates occur.

Social Distancing
People are asked to keep at least 1.5 metres between others, apart from your family Guests on board our coaches will be appropriately spaced out and entry and egress to the coach will be done in one direction at a time. |

Driver Personal Protective Equipment All drivers are issued with PPE for their own protection and they will have a supply of hand sanitizer for guests and to sanitize the coach and its high touch surfaces. Customers who are symptomatic are asked not to travel and will be given a full refund. |

Passenger Manifests Your details according to your booking are in our reservations system and you will be advised if there are any tracing efforts required at a future date. |

Air Circulation The air conditioning in our coaches and mini buses will be set to recycle fresh air every few minutes in the coach with vents positions to direct airflow from ceiling to floor |

Additional Cleaning Procedures Deep cleaning using industrial grade cleaning agents will be used to ensure you are entering a hygienic and clean environment |

Onboard Signage Signage has been posted on our coaches as a reminder of the responsibilities of individuals to safeguard themselves and others |

Sneeze Shields The row behind the driver will be kept vacant and customers are asked to observe sneeze etiquette by coughing or sneezing into their elbow or a cloth/scarf/handkerchief. |
Covid Clean
Your health and safety is our top priority and our staff are trained in hygiene and infection control. Please if you are unwell, do not attend your tour. Your tour fee will be fully refunded.
